MEGATRENDS & SUSTAINABILITY

Strengthening future skills – for a tomorrow worth living.

This is what the presentation is about:
Decision-makers have huge potential for thousands of innovations and new successful business models if they recognize and use the megatrends for themselves. Young people are taking to the streets for climate protection and justice. And what are companies doing? They are decision-makers, but are stuck in a paralysis of fear. They could see the crisis as an opportunity to create added value. Sustainable business means combining tradition and innovation in order to be successful in the long term at all levels: economically, ecologically and socially. A forward-looking profile strengthens the trust of customers and employees. With practical examples from seemingly arch-conservative industries, this presentation provides orientation for reinventing and seizing opportunities.

ECONOMIC CHANGE INSTEAD OF CLIMATE CHANGE!

Sparking a passion for innovation – inspired by nature.

This is what the presentation is about:
Many employees in companies believe that they cannot make a difference for the climate, the environment or social justice as individuals. But together they are many. Billions of euros are flowing into sustainable alternatives such as the organic sector, renewable energies and sustainable mobility. The trend is: economic change instead of climate change. Are your company and your employees fit for the future? The presentation provides concrete tips and tools on how sustainable innovations can lead to success and what each individual can do in the business environment to achieve this. For savings, new business areas, satisfaction in the company and future competence.

MODERATION AROUND FUTURE TOPICS

Competent and charming guidance through events.

This is what good moderation is all about:
Good moderators create the right atmosphere for an event, set the perfect stage for the main characters and know how to build bridges. Tina Teucher supports organizers with her experience and a large network of interesting speakers. As a moderator, she confidently guides you through the day at conferences, meetings, panels and award ceremonies on innovations, trends and future topics.

LEADERSHIP IN THE TRANSFORMATION

Sustainable Leadership

This is what the presentation is about:
Those who see meaning in their work can create meaning for their work. In this way, teams can create added value and help their company to succeed. The demands in the world of work are growing: the interests of the individual, the company and society need to be considered together. New work concepts such as crowdworking, corporate democracy and work-life balance are being discussed in parallel. They should all come under one roof through “good leadership”. But how can this work? The keynote with numerous practical examples shows: Leadership can only be achieved from the front. Sustainable leadership is based on values, role models, immaterial incentives and good questions.

Lunch & Learn: Regenerative economy: Why sustainability is no longer enough and what innovation means today

Climate protection is nice, but it’s not enough. More and more companies are feeling pressure from politicians, customers and the public and are therefore adopting a sustainability management system in the hope that this will enable them to tick the box. But doing things by the book doesn’t help anyone – neither the business nor the planet. Innovation is boring if it doesn’t make the world a better place. That’s why today’s pioneers are going one step further: from a sustainable to a regenerative economy.

Keynotes: Tina Teucher and Werner Boote
Expert moderation: Fritz Lietsch

Lunch & Learn: Dare to be courageous! Seeing and sowing the good in 2024 – We are the Restoration Generation!

We want to start 2024 with the question: What will guide us in the new year? “Have the courage to use your own mind“, suggested the German philosopher Immanuel Kant as a guiding principle. There is only one thing the “professor of logic and metaphysics” has not recognized: Your own mind can be very limited! Being courageous therefore means daring to look beyond the edges of your own plate. Listening to your feelings. To strengthen your trust in yourself. “Dare to be wise.”

Keynotes: Tina Teucher & Johannes Warth

Lunch & Learn: Enthusiasm for the earth! How can ecological change succeed?

How can we promote ecological change in the economy? What fuels it? Sustainability expert Tina Teucher will be discussing these questions with the two renowned professors Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker and Christoph Quarch at our virtual Lunch & Learn on April 25, 2024 – 25 years after the publication of their joint book “A New Policy for the Earth. The global partnership of economy and ecology.”

Generation Restoration: Refugee camps become places of hope – We are all #GenR
2.6 million people worldwide live in refugee camps. Refugee camps as places of regeneration. These settlements, intended as temporary accommodation, sometimes take on small town-like structures. The aim is to meet the basic needs of the people living there: On average, refugees remain in a camp for over 12 years.

Refugee camps as places of regeneration:
Using regenerative methods and train-the-trainer programs, #GenR helps to rebuild ecosystems and promote social business.

At Generation Restoration, every donation can make a difference to the 17 sustainability goals.

And for the vision: transforming refugee camps worldwide from stagnant places of dependency into flourishing places of hope. The most important information can be found in the flyer and on the donation website. Donations for regenerative solutions in refugee camps and for Generation Restoration can be made without registration, with just a few clicks and tax-deductible via the bcause platform, which is recognized as a non-profit organization.
