RESILIENCE & WARM-HEARTEDNESS

Munich-based journalist, presenter and author Caro Matzko has spent a lot of time finding out who she was, who she would like to be, who she should be, who she is today – and what remains of that in everyday life. She helps her audience to look behind the masks of everyday life in a humorous and loving way and to adjust their inner compass:

Who are you really when it gets quiet? Because an authentic life is the basis for mental health, resilience, team spirit – and ultimately for every success.

Caro Matzko is an expert in mental health. In her talks, she appeals to people to have the courage to recognize themselves and their supposed deficits and turn them into potential and a source of strength. She creates a change of perspective that provides new impetus for greater self-worth and resilience. As a coach, she helps people to present themselves and their content with confidence – on stage and in a team. In December 2020, she published her first book “Size Egal – dein Selbstbewusstsein kann nicht groß genug sein”, which she wrote together with obesity expert Tanja Marfo. PODIMO also published the podcast “Size Egal” to accompany the book. Her new book “Alte Wut” will be published by PIPER in fall 2025.
