Prof. Leonhard Zintl

BANKERS & FUTURE MAKERS

Leonhard Zintl thinks little of talking about “what could be done”. He has had management responsibility for 30 years. As Chairman of the Management Board of Volksbank Mittweida, he gets things done and builds efficient networks. He knows what really drives teams and companies forward and how to bring good people into the team. His book “ZUKUNFT EINFACH MACHEN” is a plea for a self-determined future. In his talks, the Honorary Professor for Digital Transformation & Regional Innovation talks about the highs and lows of his work. Instead of waiting for the big miracle, he inspires people to create their own miracles with his courage offensive. What sets him apart? His optimism, his great love of nature and the power to turn visions into reality. A beacon of light!

WHO is PROF. LEONHARD ZINTL

Prof. Leonhard Zintl is a committed and passionate person who is involved in various projects both professionally and on a voluntary basis. He contributes his expertise in the areas of digitalization, market changes and employee development and drives these topics forward. He gained his first leadership experience as a district chairman in the rural youth organization and learned how to inspire and integrate young people while at the same time involving older generations. It is a matter of course for him to work to preserve his homeland and bring people together to make a difference and shape the future. Prof. Zintl is convinced that change is only possible if you simply tackle things and act instead of grumbling about others. He lives by the motto “Just do it” and wants to make at least his little world a little better.

Prof. Zintl’s passion for cooperatives is in his genes, as he is already the fourth generation of his family to be active as a cooperative board member. His love of nature was also passed on to him through his parents’ farming. He uses these two passions to constantly create new projects. Prof. Zintl is convinced that there is scope for creativity everywhere, regardless of the existing conditions. He faces the most diverse challenges with confidence.

Current Lunch & Learn sessions with Leonhard Zintl

Lunch & Learn: #MutOffensive – A compass in times of opportunity.

Are you already there? At the last Lunch & Learn on January 18, we proclaimed the “Year of COURAGE” with 380 guests.

One thing has become clear to us: If you want to be courageous, you need a lot of strength. Power of implementation, innovative strength and future strength. And the right tools. We are therefore launching the next evolutionary stage of the CourageOffensive on 29.02.2024. We ask the question: Does only pressure create change? How can we support or even ensure the success of innovation in SMEs, banks and start-ups? How can we help people overcome innovation hurdles?
