Peace, joy and pancakes? At the end of the year, we invite you to a special virtual Lunch & Learn:
On December 17, three top speakers will tell you first-hand how their charity projects are changing the world – and how you can help! Together with moderator Bert Helbig, we will show in these 90 minutes that our mission as an agency is not only to enrich business and society with inspiring experts, but also with concrete projects that make an impact.

It’s about YOUR heart. (yes, your health)
It’s about good food for everyone. (including festive recipe tips)
It’s about peace (that’s right: under the Christmas tree and under millions of other trees).

Courage that makes hearts beat again!
Every year, around 120,000 people in Germany suffer a cardiac arrest at home or on the road. Only one in ten people reaches the hospital alive.
Katrin Hansmeier tells us how real hope, rather than panic, arises at crucial moments. Our speaker for Leadership & Work-Joy-Balance supports the Herzretter e.V. association with great commitment – with the aim of training young and old so that they can resuscitate safely in an emergency. Anyone who has ever experienced how quickly three minutes without oxygen can make the difference between life and death immediately understands that these are not abstract figures, but fates. Instead of watching helplessly, our participants learn to act with courage – with two hands, a clear head and the simple formula “check – call – press”.

Beyond the colorful images of Brazil – how cohesion creates the future!
When our Head of Growth Basil Merk brought masks to Brazilian favelas as a student during the pandemic, he suddenly realized that the biggest problem was not protection – but hunger. Over 50% of the population there lacks something as basic as a meal every day. That was the birth of his donation project “Basil in Brasil”, because just 20 euros provide a family there with basic foodstuffs for 3-4 weeks. Next February, Basil will once again travel to the favelas to deliver the food parcels directly to families in acute need – this time with the aim of feeding 150 families. This is how solidarity arises from a crisis: concrete, approachable, human. And: This is how self-efficacy works.

As if reborn!
Tina Teucher – our speaker for regenerative business – explains why true (Christmas) hope is now blossoming even in desolate places. When she saw the hard life in East African refugee camps, she was amazed: the young women and men don’t complain, they dig. With spades and courage for the future, they plant vegetables, trees and prospects for their own income, a more fertile soil – and our climate. Impressed, Tina Teucher founded Generation Restoration e.V. to further develop the opportunities of these people – from emergency aid to genuine empowerment. We are all GenR!
