Everyone is talking about artificial intelligence – but how can we put it to good use? That’s the question we’re asking ourselves today at the Lunch & Learn session at 12 noon. We are delighted that Dr. Christoph Quarch will not only be a guest speaker in this special edition, but also a keynote speaker.
The philosopher, author and business thinker has a clear message:
AI is not an end in itself – it is a tool. The decisive factor is the framework we set for it:
- What can AI do and what can’t it do?
- How can we use AI to implement the really relevant topics such as innovation and future viability – instead of just speeding up processes?
- What attitude do companies need in order to remain capable of acting in times of upheaval, resource scarcity and digital overload?
- And how do we find a new image of work, leadership and success in the area of conflict between efficiency, ethics and meaning?
These questions are the focus of his 30-minute virtual keynote speech, which will provide food for thought, broaden perspectives and encourage us to rethink the concept of progress. Afterwards, Dr. Christoph Quarch and I will enter into an interactive dialog with you:

Dr. Christoph Quarch is a philosopher, author, university lecturer, thought leader for companies, ZEIT-REISE-LEITER and a gifted speaker. With his podcasts, books and the weekly radio column “Frühstücksquarch” on SWR, he reaches a wide audience throughout the German-speaking world.
In his lectures, he combines European philosophy with current issues in working life – for example: What do people need in a world that is increasingly shaped by AI? His answer: more meaning, more attitude, more humanism!
