Dominique Macri has spent 15 years on stage and has completed over 2000 performances and workshops – from prison to top management. She is the German-speaking team champion in poetry slam and has created a unique format to summarize events with her subtle humor in a surprising and touching way: Poetic Recording. She received the Innovation Award from the German Speakers Association for this.

Her talks are about the power of the moment. Her aim is to overcome our daily mindset of fear and error avoidance. And to playfully enter into flexibility, courage and trust.

Who is DOMINIQUE MACRI

Dominique Macri (born 1981) from Marburg is a qualified psychologist, presenter, actress and slam poet. She has been a member of the improvisational theater ensemble “fast forward” since 2003 and has also enjoyed success as a solo artist since 2014. Dominique Macri is active throughout German-speaking countries and Europe as a slam poet and trainer. In 2014, she and her team partner Dalibor won the German-language Poetry Slam Championships in Dresden as “Team Scheller”. Her stage presence and her unique stage format “Poetic Recording” were honored with the Innovation Award of the German Speaker Association (GSA) in 2017. She moderates and organizes poetry slams, congresses and festivals and her texts have been published in numerous anthologies and textbooks.

This is where the potential for insight and growth lies. With the help of improv elements, I will take you on an interactive journey towards teamwork, innovation and creativity. My goal is to overcome our daily mindset of fear and error avoidance. And to playfully enter into flexibility, courage and trust!
